MART provides transportation broker services for the Department of Mental Retardation (DMR) in the North and South Central Regions, the Pioneer Valley Region, as well as the entire Metro Boston region including the North and
South
Shore
areas.
In the
Pioneer
Valley
region identified by DMR as Region I, currently 820 active clients are transported daily to 16 DMR day programs, this transportation is handled through seven contractors.
In the North and South Central regions identified by DMR as Region II, currently 1225 active clients are transported daily to 45 DMR day programs, this transportation is handled through 25 contractors.
In the Northeast Region identified by DMR as Region III, currently 1250 active clients are transported daily to 35 DMR day programs, this transportation is handled through 21 contractors.
For the Metro Region identified by DMR as Region VI, currently 1400 active clients are transported daily to 54 DMR day programs, this transportation is handled through 11 contractors.
Southeast Region (Region V) 370 clients daily to 12 DMR day programs, provided by 11 contractors.
