Americans With Disabilities Act Paratransit Service
ADA Paratransit is curb-to-curb transportation provided to persons who are unable to use fixed route bus service based on a disability. Transportation disabled individuals can apply for this service by filling out the ADA Application.
ADA Service is provided as a supplement to the fixed route bus system and operates in Fitchburg, Leominster, Gardner, areas of Lunenburg and Lancaster.
After an individual is determined eligible for ADA he can then call MART at 978.345.7711 option 3 and make arrangements for transportation. Rides must be scheduled at least one day in advance. Exact fare is required. Tickets may be purchased in lieu of cash fares.
